The children’s book is full of valuable information and fascinating facts, wrapped in an imaginative story. It takes young readers on an adventurous journey into the world of balanced and healthy nutrition.
The book playfully conveys knowledge and the power of foods and their importance for the body, and motivates children to cook for themselves. Brought to life with beautiful illustrations, the story sparks the imagination of young readers.
Motivation of the Book
The book’s core strength is to educate children about nutrition in a playful way. As a practical aid, the appendix includes recipes for the dishes mentioned in the story. In addition, children can deepen their knowledge through the appendix and learn about micro- and macronutrients, such as bitter compounds. The book encourages putting this knowledge into practice.
Children learn the connection between foods and their effects on the body. They understand how beneficial it is to integrate variety into their diet. Through these insights, they are motivated to try new things themselves and to recognize independently the positive impact a varied diet can have on overall well-being.
Why should you buy the book?
A look at society—whether on social media or within our circle of friends and acquaintances—shows that even adults often struggle with food. This is exactly where the book comes in: children are introduced to the topic of nutrition early and in an age-appropriate way, and they learn to develop a mindful approach to food.
The know-how is conveyed in an easy-to-understand way and through playful elements—such as the journey into the animal world and the included challenges (30-Day Challenge, Rainbow Challenge). This helps children see food as a source of energy, not an enemy.
The book is not only designed for reading aloud or independent reading; it can also be used in other settings, such as cooking classes. The recipes encourage children to put what they learn into practice, are easy to recreate, and motivate kids to become active themselves.

children still have the primal instinct for how a balanced diet works. Inspired by her daughter and her daughter’s friends and acquaintances, she began offering workshops on these topics in schools and at private gatherings and received great support and gratitude for the positive impact.
