The clearest way I explain it is this: imagine a large red circle. The outer ring is bright red and stands for risk. One ring further inside is sunshine yellow and stands for attempts or the experiment. And in the very center the circle is grass green—this is our comfort zone, our everyday routine.

We have to break through both rings from the inner circle in order to move into change and, ideally, into success. That is how you take your inner resistance by the hand and turn it into your friend. It also makes sense to give it a face—because the more specific it is in your thoughts, the more real it becomes. If you can see something or imagine it clearly, it can become reality.

Next, you should pay attention to your self-image, because your self-image determines the events and outcomes you attract into your life. Thoughts become feelings—and if we constantly move in a kind of negative thought spiral, shaped by experiences from the past, these become good or bad habits. And those habits end in results, which in turn trigger motivation.

And this is where the subconscious and consciousness come into play. I like to compare it to a rider and a large animal, like an elephant. Try steering an elephant that can be up to 3.5 meters tall and weigh 5 tons. At best you can sit on it—but deciding where it goes is much harder. In my examples, 90% is the elephant, the subconscious, and 10% is the rider on top—the conscious mind. Meaning: what we feel, think, and sense matters. The more often we repeat a habit, the more strongly it becomes anchored in our subconscious.

And the good news is: we are able, through thoughts and the right exercises, to influence our brain structure and shape it ourselves. That is where the saying “You are the maker of your own fortune” comes from.

That is why my guiding motto has been for a long time: Arabelle’s appeal is DO, DO, DO!

People say humans are creatures of habit—but even the very first habit once had to start. That is why I see it as absolutely realistic to begin changes at any time. The thought—the belief—and above all the desire is already the first step toward the goal. I love the reward system; it helps me implement almost everything the way I want. And a healthy body, mind, and soul is the jackpot on top. As a small support, we—the Belle Group—created a 30-day poster; it usually makes it easier to find a starting point.

OUT OF THE VICTIM ROLE In my opinion, to get out of the problem, it is necessary to escape the […]

[1

post-1640","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-uncategorized
["GET
